grappling with stuff
Last week my life had a surprise that I am still struggling to understand. It's full of mixed emotions for the person I know this person to be and the person he was actually shown to be. It has me thinking about who can you trust? If someone you know in a position of authority is now considered the same person he used to protect us from, how does one get through that?
Then I had a friend who had a possible aneurysm diagnosis. Who do you rely on?
AND this week a friend was in a car accident and it was a fatality (not my friend) , but now she has to live with that. Who do you turn to?
My answer is GOD! I have to give it to him.
He has to to this help me grapple with the issue of someone in a position of authority that did something wrong and now has to deal with his sins (and crimes). Does it make it easy? NO, but is will become easier as God is in control of the emotions tied around that. I have to give it up, and take it back.
The friend turns out to NOT have an aneurysm, it's veins clumped together. God gets ALL the glory! AMEN!!!
My friend with the accident, we are thankful she is not hurt and her daughter (adult) only has bruising. We pray for the family who lost a family member and pray for their peace.
Who do you rely on when you are grappling? Who to do turn to that you can trust? Who to you talk to when you are in need? Turn to GOD, he is ALWAYS there for us!
