March Madness

WOW, it is hard to believe it is March already. This year is is on full speed ahead. I am trying not to miss anything, but man, it is a challenge. It is business tax season plus personal tax season, so a lot of number crunching happening.

I am also in the final four months of my business year. That means lots of working and running and trying to accomplish big goals. BUT my goals are not just about me, it's also about helping others reach THEIR goals as well. Growing an organization that is strong and sustainable is my goal. Having a business to rely on when I am hanging with the fam or friends. I LOVE the flexibility that it allows for me to do ALL the things I like plus spend time with my family. I have also grown my friendships through and around this business as well as after the business,

If you are looking for a side gig or a fulltime gig, this is a great way to have fun and make money. AND LOOK GREAT! I am using an app that analyzes the skin and when I use the products, it shows a difference in the way I look.

I am also on a health journey. I am working out 1-5 days a week, plus any extra activities that will help with health and wellness. I am tracking macros. I am hoping it is being done correctly. I am keeping track of a few areas: 1. Energy/calories total consumption

                         2. Protein

                        3. Net Carbs

                        4. Fats

My big goals are to eat at or below my total calories AND reduce fat intake. I tend to go over in the fat arena, but thankfully it is usually good fats as opposed to bad fats. I am a work in progress, but happy to be making adjustments to what I eat and how I eat. Not necessarily a "diet", but just being conscious of what I out in my body. It's a different thought for me and my coach/trainer asked if she was talking to me (via texting) since I was sounding different. That made me laugh this morning.

It is NOT easy. BUT I have to do something different if I want something different. What I was doing was not making a difference and now it is. There are inches and pounds lost if just a few short weeks. Would I like it to go faster? Of course, but slow and steady wins the race.

I am also working to get out of debt. Paying down bills/debts is a priority for me and my husband so we can bless our children/grandchildren with more. More time, more health, just more.

What are looking to accomplish in your life? Are you willing to do the work to make that happen? I wasn't before and now I am. I am working on growing spiritually, financially and health was. Who needs support? Do you need a partner to keep you accountable? I know I did. Find someone you can talk things through. Make adjustments and pivot.  Let's get this month started!
