Family
So, this past weekend, we had all (4) of the grandkids. It was so much fun to listen to the laughter, silliness, excitement, etc. of these little people. They are growling up so fast and it is FUN watching them.
Having relaxation time is always great and we were able to have that too. Laundry, quiet, cooking food for the day/week and just chilling is how Sunday's are spent. With the rainy weather, we tend to have to spend relaxation more that not because we have muddy areas. It is also a great way to end the week!
Starting the week on a fresh, refreshed feel is AWESOME! Working out to start my daily, a Director call, prayer zoom group, Directors with Corporate getting quick training and encouragement for the next 2 months, etc. I have to start my day with working out because it gives me the energy for the day. PLUS, if I don't do it in the morning, it won't get done! I have been on this healthy journey since January and I have noticed some differences. Not always on the scale but definitely how I look. I am using an app called @cronometer. It helps me track macros. It has been great because I can see where I need to adjust throughout the day in my food intake. The first of every month I take measurements. I weigh in daily. Again, to totally see where I need to adjust and keep me accountable. As I do my workouts in the morning, I listen to @RamseyShow and learn how to manage my money. How to get out of debt. How to live with the financial freedom me and my family deserve.
What feeds your brain? What do you listen to for motivation and encouragement? How do you get through stressful times? I LOVE that I can do the devotional time and workouts in the morning and talk to people throughout the day. AND work my businesses to bring in the success I am wanting for my family.
