Needs
As the week begins the focus turns to: "What NEEDS to be done this week". Every Sunday/Monday I sit and schedule out the week at a glance. I put in all my appointments, meetings, events, family time, etc. Then I am able to plug in when I can/will work.
As an entrepreneur, I have many responsibilities throughout the week. I help run a family business, I run my Mary Kay business, I am looking for athletes for a new program I began, I set time for meetings and events for my team and family and friends, etc. Just by taking a few minutes each week (and of course as things come in), I can look at my week and still schedule down time.
So many f my friends tell me I am soooooo busy, but the funny thing is, I have soooooo much down time. I have a lot of time I waste doing mondless activities. So I am not really that busy. Since technology is a BIG deal and a lot of things are remote or a hybrid version of it, there is still plenty of time for tv, games, vegetation, etc.
When you start to look at a planner and see how much time you REALLY spend, you realize you good so so many more things!
This week is full of training, replays of training, organizing, down time, etc. What does your week look like? We all have the same 24 hours in the day, what will you do with your? Oh, by the way, I still get 6-8 hours of sleep a night as well (this is for my health)!
